Dedicated HPLC-MS/MS systems for highest sensitivity. Hardware and software validation was performed in accordance with the suggesstions of the AGIT (Swiss working group for information technology). The systems are set up to fulfill the requirements of the 21 CFR part 11 regulations (electronic signature, audit trails etc.). An electronic raw data and electronic archiving system has been established to deliver unsurpassed data quality.
